1. The "Trade-Dominator" Scope of Work

Cancel anytime with a simple 30-day written notice.
Substrate begins high-intensity work immediately. All monies paid up to termination are strictly non-refundable.
Within 30 days of final payment, we provide a "Transition Pack" with domain credentials and files. You keep the engine; we keep the compensation.

While we guarantee our work effort through the ROI clause, Substrate is not liable for business losses caused by external factors (Google algorithm changes, grid failures, or the quality of your crews' work). We build the engine; you must still drive the truck.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Disputes are handled in the courts of Pulaski County.
