4. The "Total Ownership" Promise
In alignment with our Total Ownership guarantee, the lead data generated by your Substrate-built website belongs to you, not us. We simply act as the processor to deliver those leads to your phone.
"If you choose to terminate your partnership with Substrate under the terms of our 'Clean Break' policy, you take your domain, your website files, and your accumulated lead data with you. We will not hold your customer list hostage."
